St. Andrew Adult Choir

The adult choir of St. Andrew Church performs regularly during the Traditional Worship Service from September- May and at selected special services, such as Christmas Eve and Maundy Thursday. The choir has a paid director, a paid organist/pianist/keyboardist, and through a special contribution from a St. Andrew family, paid section leaders. Membership ranges from 12-18 persons. The St. Andrew choir occasionally joins the choirs of Bethel AME or First Presbyterian Church for special events, and many members of the choir sing each fall in the Community ThankSinging service sponsored by Christian Ministries of Delaware County.

St. Andrew Handbell Choir

At the turn of the century, St. Andrew purchased, through contributions by individual families and members, a two and one-third octave set of handbells. The Handbell Choir performs four times a year - fall, Christmas, during Lent, and in late spring at both the Contemporary and Traditional worship services. Music is specially arranged for the group. At times the group plays alone and at times it is joined by the organ, piano, keyboard, congregation, or some combination of these entities. Bell Choir Practice
